Resumo biográfico
Professor livre-docente da USP, possui graduação e mestrado em Física pelo Instituto de Física da Universidade de São Paulo, com período de um ano na Université Pierre et Marie Cuire (Paris, França), e mestrado e doutorado em Física (concluído em 2011) pela Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Espanha, com estágio no Institut de Physique Nucléaire (Orsay, França). Foi pesquisador pós-doutor no RWTH-Aachen e na Technische Universität München como "Alexander von Humboldt fellow", na Alemanha, e na Universidade de São Paulo (FAPESP). Desde setembro de 2015 é professor do Instituto de Física de São Carlos da Universidade de São Paulo. Em 2021 foi professor visitante na Universitaet Wien, em Viena, Áustria (CAPES,PRint). Possui a Bolsa de Produtividade em Pesquisa do CNPq desde 2016. Trabalha na área de Física das Partículas Elementares e Campos, com ênfase em QCD de precisão, determinação de parâmetros fundamentais do modelo padrão -- especialmente a constante de acoplamento forte --, cálculo do momento magnético anômalo do múon e fenomenologia dos decaimentos do lépton tau e dos mésons D e B.
